• Shipping & Delivery
• At this time, Rebuilt Coffee Machines ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Rebuilt Coffee Machines ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
  
  
  Although our shopping cart only supports UPS shipping, we generally ship FEDEX, as we have found that they generally have less damage claims than UPS and a better days in transit rate.
  
  Most machines have a shipping area map (as below) and a grid showing an approximate shipping cost for each area. Actual shipping is listed after machine is placed in cart.
  
  
  
  Ordering several machines or a large, heavy unit? Consider the option of receiving the shipment on a skid, via R&L Carriers or Roadway Express. Many times this option will be less expensive and much less chance of damage to machines that are large and/or heavy. For orders over $500 process through the checkout and select UPS shipping. On the next page enter the coupon code COMBINESHP and the shipping charges will be voided on your order. We will ship your order via the least expensive trucking company that we can find, unless you specify what company you would like to use in the notes on the order. You will be responsible directly to the shipping company for the freight charges on delivery of your order.



• Warranties
• We have a very extensive rebuild process, which includes a complete teardown and rebuild procedure. Our machines are in excellent condition, work and look fantastic! We are meticulous with our quality control process and produce the best quality you will find in remanufactured units.
  
  
  We recommend hiring a professional to install any commercial beverage equipment. Every machine sale includes an operating manual. Even when hiring a professional, they must be provided with this manual and follow the directions exactly. A phone number for technical support is provided with every machine purchase for simple initial installation instructions. Hookup instructions must be followed for warranty to be valid.

  One year from date of purchase, follow the troubleshooting tips listed from our Troubleshooting & Warranty Info page. If that still doesn’t work fill out the form listed there, and we will email you a prepaid shipping label to return the machine. Within one business day of receiving the unit we will either return the machine in working order or send another unit to you.
