We recommend hiring a professional to install any commercial beverage equipment. Every machine sale includes an operating manual. Even when hiring a professional, they must be provided with this manual and follow the directions exactly. A phone number for technical support is provided with every machine purchase for simple initial installation instructions. Hookup instructions must be followed for warranty to be valid.

Coffee machine not heating:
Coffee machines are shipped with the thermostat in the 'off' position because the machines should be filled completely with water prior to turning on the thermostat. Please fill unit completely with water (run it through until it drips out the sprayhead) before turning the thermostat on.

Water won't come out:

If your machine is automatic (hooked up to plumbing) ensure that the water is turned on to the machine. If it is pourover (pour water in each time) pour more water in it.

The water isn't hot:
Ensure that the machine is full of water and that the thermostat is turned to the full ON position.
